3. Services Offered

Our primary offerings include:

• Kids Play Zone – A play area suitable for children aged 2 to 10 years.
• Party Space Rental – A space available for birthdays and other events.
• Daycare Service – Supervised care for children during the day.
• Workshops and Classes – Creative classes, including music, art, dance, and more.
• Tree House and Boba Café – A tree house with toys for kids and a café offering boba drinks.

Each service has specific terms that may be described on the respective pages and in your booking confirmation.

4. Booking and Payment

• Booking: Bookings for Mojosaurus services and events can be made directly by contacting us through the Site.
• Payment: Payments are not accepted through the Site at this time. Please contact us for payment methods available at our physical location.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• General Play Area Bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the booking will receive a partial refund (80%). Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Event Bookings: For parties and workshops, a 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made 72 hours prior to the event.
• Daycare Service: Daycare bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations made due to unavoidable circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• Avoid engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site’s functionality.
• Refrain from posting any defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Mojosaurus.in, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Toto Mojo Co. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Toto Mojo Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
• Our liability for any claim arising from these Terms will be limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.
