This policy applies to all services offered by Mojosaurus, including but not limited to play area bookings, party space rentals, daycare services, and workshops/classes.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@mojosaurus.in. Cancellations made via phone or in person will not be accepted. The date and time of your email will be used to determine the validity of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be processed according to the guidelines specified in this policy. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed and reflected in your account.
Mojosaurus reserves the right to consider unique circumstances on a case-by-case basis for cancellations made within the 48-hour window. However, such exceptions are at the sole discretion of Mojosaurus management and do not constitute a guarantee of a refund.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions), Mojosaurus reserves the right to cancel bookings and will offer the option for a full refund or a reschedule of services at no additional cost.
Mojosaurus is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all patrons. If a booking needs to be canceled due to health and safety concerns, including but not limited to illness or exposure to contagious diseases, we encourage customers to notify us as soon as possible. Such cancellations may be treated on a case-by-case basis for refunds.
Requests to modify bookings (e.g., changing the date or time) must be made in writing via email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or sold to another party. All services must be utilized by the original booking party.
Mojosaurus, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services, including but not limited to cancellations, non-refunds, and any loss incurred as a result of changes in service availability.
Mojosaurus reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top. We encourage customers to review this policy periodically.
